How are your products made?
All of our pieces are custom-made in our workshops in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona, and La Barra, Uruguay. We blend advanced manufacturing techniques with expert craftsmanship, working alongside talented local artisans in both regions. Lamps are made by Camila in our Barcelona, Spain workshop. In La Barra, Uruguay Maria will be the hands on.
How do you work with your materials and suppliers?
Our products are handcrafted, which means they may exhibit slight imperfections and variations. These unique characteristics are inherent to the artisanal process and should not be considered as defects or non-conformity of the product.
Do you do custom orders?
Our collection features a range of lighting pieces available as presented on our website. We also offer customization options for selected designs, allowing us to adapt them to the unique needs of each project. Are your pieces enumerated?
We create a variety of unique and serial series pieces, depending on the collection. In each case all pieces are enumerated and have an authenticity certification.
Do you provide a warranty?
Our products are covered by a one-year warranty on all electrical components against manufacturing defects and technical failures. When an issue arises with the electrical system, please contact our studio and we will assess the problem and arrange a repair or replacement when applicable.
In addition, all individual components of our lighting pieces can be replaced if damaged. To request a diagnosis and quotation for replacement parts or repairs, please email info@estudiodelespacio.com with a detailed description of the issue, including photographs and any relevant information.
This warranty does not cover changes to acrylics, metals, textiles, or woods, damage caused by improper care or cleaning products, exposure to weather or environmental conditions, improper installation, or normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and stains.
Do you give a trade discount?
Yes, we offer a trade discount to trade members with a valid resale certificate. Please notify us of this via email prior to ordering info@estudiodelespacio.com
Payment and taxes
We accept payment by bank transfer, card or Paypal. Please note that service fees may apply.
We are not responsible for the taxes of each destination.
Return policy
Because each of our pieces is custom and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
